Power Vegetables

Snow pea greens, broccoli rabe, spinach, kale.

The greens are taking over!

I don't even know how to pronounce "rabe."

(But I do know it tastes good blanched and sauted in olive oil with a lil bit of garlic.)

    I always thought it sounded the way it would sound if you tried to say "rape" while you had a really bad head cold.

    But, according to Merriam-Webster, it's pronounced "rob:" http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/broccoli%20rabe
    The guy on the audio track sounds super pretentious.
