Chili Week Day 2 - Dumplins

3 bean chili with corn dumplings, from Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker.

This is so neat because it cooks all day (or, night, as the case may be) and then you drop the dumplings in during the last 45 minutes and they cook right in the pot.
