It's easy. All it'll take is a $1,000 contribution towards electing Teach For America as the most innovative non-profit in America, thereby helping to secure a matching $1 million grant from Amazon.com.

Interestingly/ironically enough... we are in second place for this contest, right behind an organization that was FOUNDED by three Teach For America alumni. Living proof of the second half of TFA's mission: to build a force of leaders who will be lifelong educational advocates.

One thousand dollars... not that I think any of y'all have that sort of money just lying around, but maybe we can combine our couch quarters. (And when I say "we" I mean "you" because I am not eligible.)

And I mean, how freaking cool will it be to be able to say, "I work for the most innovative non-profit in America." ?????
